Algerian league (Week 1) : CSC draw 2-2 with ESS
ALGERIA, Aug. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Algerian league: CS Constantine and ES Setif opened the 2016-2017 season with an entertaining 2-2 draw on Saturday.
CS Constantine players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Meghni Mourad ('24, '45) while ES Setif only scored once Nadji Rachid ('41 on penalty). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by ES Setif with a saving goal from Djahnit Akram in the 73rd minute.
