ALGERIA, Aug. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 2: After a 1-0 victory over CA Batna on August 20, O Médéa lost 2-1 against MC Oran.
MC Oran dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Cherif Hichem in the 36th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hamraoua further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ferahi Rachid in the 56th minute.
MC Oran climbed to first place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with runner-up Jeunesse Sportive de Kabylie.
