Algerian league (Week 12) : ESS beats Paradou AC 2-1
ALGERIA, Nov. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 12: After their 0-0 draw against JS Kabylie on November 11 and 0-0 draw against USM Blida on November 11, the Black Eagles bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Paradou AC this Saturday.
ES Setif dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Amokrane Abdelhakim in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Black Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Benayad Riad into his own net in the 76th minute.
ES Setif climbed to third place with 20 points from 11 games, 3 points behind Jeunesse Sportive de la Saoura.
