KUWAIT CITY, Sep. 27, 2003 (AMP) — China 2004 (Qualifiers) : Kuwait defeated Singapore by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 AFC Asian Cup on Saturday.
The result put the Kuwaiti top of Group B with 10 points. Singapore is bottom with no points. In their next game, Kuwait will meet third-placed Palestine on October 5, while Singapore will face Palestine.
