BEIRUT, Nov. 12, 2003 (AMP) — China 2004 (Qualifiers) : Jordan defeated Lebanon by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday.
The result put the Jordanians second in Group D with 9 points. Lebanon is third with 4 points. In their next game, Jordan will meet North Korea on November 18, while Lebanon will face Iran.
