MUSCAT, Oct. 19, 2003 (AMP) — China 2004 (Qualifiers) : Oman defeated Nepal by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a qualifying game for the 2004 AFC Asian Cup on Sunday.
The result put the Omani second in Group E with 9 points. Nepal is bottom with no points. In their next game, Oman will meet group leaders South Korea on October 21, while Nepal will face Vietnam.
