YOKOHAMA, Feb. 22, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : Japan defeated India by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday night.

The result put the Japanese top of Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Japan will meet third-placed Yemen on August 16, while India will face Yemen.
