JEDDAH, Sep. 6, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated India by a big score of 7-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday night.
The result put the Saudi top of Group A with 12 points. India is bottom with no points. In their next game, Saudi Arabia will meet third-placed Yemen on October 11, while India will face Japan.
