JEDDAH, Oct. 11, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated Yemen by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday night.
The result put the Saudi top of Group A with 15 points. Yemen is third with 3 points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet second-placed Japan on November 15, while Yemen will face India.
