SEOUL, Sep. 2, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : South Korea tied 1-1 with Iran (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Saturday night.

The result put the Koreans top of Group B with 7 points. Iran is second with 5 points. In their next game, South Korea will meet Taiwan on September 6, while Iran will face Syria.
