DUBAI, Feb. 22, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : The United Arab Emirates defeated Oman by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday night.
The result put the Emirati second in Group C with 3 points. In their next game, the United Arab Emirates will meet Pakistan on March 1, while Oman will face Jordan.
