KARACHI, Mar. 1, 2006 (AMP) — Southeast Asia 2007 (Qualifiers) : The United Arab Emirates defeated Pakistan by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup on Wednesday night.

The result put the Emirati top of Group C with 6 points. Pakistan is bottom with no points. In their next game, the United Arab Emirates will meet third-placed Jordan on August 16, while Pakistan will face Oman.
