HANGZHOU, Nov. 22, 2009 (AMP) — Qatar 2011 (Qualifiers) : China defeated Lebanon by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2011 AFC Asian Cup on Sunday night.
The result put the Chinese second in Group D with 9 points. Lebanon is bottom with no points. In their next game, China will meet group leaders Syria on January 6, while Lebanon will face Vietnam.
