BRISBANE, Jan. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Australia 2015 : Australia reached the semifinals of the 2015 AFC Asian Cup with a 2-0 win against China (halftime: 0-0) on Thursday night at the Brisbane Stadium in Brisbane.
Tim Cahill scored dual goals
45 minutes of play and neither the Australians nor the Chineses have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Australian forward Tim Cahill at '48 and '65.
