HONG KONG, Oct. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Emirates 2019 (Qualifiers) : Hong Kong defeated Malaysia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup on Tuesday night at the Hong Kong Stadium.
The result put Hong Kong second in Group B with 5 points. Malaysia is bottom with one point. In their next game, Hong Kong will meet group leaders Lebanon at the Hong Kong Stadium on November 14, while Malaysia will face North Korea.
