THIMPHU, Sep. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Emirates 2019 (Qualifiers) : Palestine defeated Bhutan by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup on Tuesday night at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu.
The result put the Palestinians top of Group D with 9 points. Bhutan is bottom with no points. In their next game, Palestine will meet Bhutan at the Changlimithang Stadium on October 10, while Bhutan will face Palestine.
