BALKANABAT, Nov. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Emirates 2019 (Qualifiers) : Turkmenistan defeated Taiwan by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup on Tuesday afternoon.
The result put the Turkmens top of Group E with 10 points. Taiwan is third with 6 points. In their last game, Turkmenistan will meet second-placed Bahrain on March 27, while Taiwan will face Singapore.
