DUSHANBE, Jun. 13, 2017 (AMP) — Emirates 2019 (Qualifiers) : The Philippines defeated Tajikistan by a score of 4-3 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup on Tuesday night at the Pamir Stadium in Dushanbe.
The result put the Filipino top of Group F with 6 points. Tajikistan is bottom with no points. In their next game, the Philippines will meet second-placed Yemen at the Pamir Stadium on September 5, while Tajikistan will face Nepal.
