Botola (Week 25) : FUS defeats OC Safi 3-1
MOROCCO, Apr. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Botola Pro / Match day 25: After their 0-0 draw against Difaa El Jadida on April 12 and 0-0 draw against RS Berkane on April 12, FUS Rabat bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Olympic Safi this Wednesday.
Batna Mourad scored dual goals
FUS Rabat dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Ait Ihaj Kemal in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, FUS Rabat players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Batna Mourad '73, '90).
Fath Union Sport climbed to first place with 42 points from 24 games, one point ahead of runner-up Wydad Athletic Club, which has a game in hand.
