Botola (Week 7) : IR Tanger beats OC Safi 2-1
MOROCCO, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Botola Pro / Match day 7: After their 0-0 draw against Chabab Atlas Khenifra on October 22 and 0-0 draw against Hassania Agadir on October 22, the Hercules returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Olympic Safi this Saturday.
Rami Yassine opened the score in the 22nd minute, before seeing Ittihad Tanger catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Sipovic Enes. 1-1 at half time. The Hercules eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Mouaoui Abdelghani in the 76th minute.
Ittihad Riadi Tanger climbed to first place with 14 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Wydad Athletic Club, which has a game in hand.
