GERMANY, May. 10, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 32: After a 3-2 victory over Stuttgart on May 2, the Royal Blues lost 2-0 against FC Köln.
FC Köln dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Marcel Risse in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Billy Goats further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gerhardt with one minute left in regular time.
FC Schalke 04 are down in 6th place with 45 points from 32 games, one point behind FC Augsburg.
