Bundesliga (Week 29) : Augsburg beats Bremen 2-1
GERMANY, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 29: After losing 1-3 to Borussia Dortmund on April 2 and 4-2 to Mainz on April 2, Augsburg bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Saturday.
Werder Bremen had started off well by taking the lead in the 43rd minute with a goal by Grillitsch Florian. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Augsburg players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Finnbogason '53 and Hong Jeong-ho '87).
FC Augsburg climbed to 15th place with 30 points from 29 games, only one point behind TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
