RUSTENBURG, Jan. 29, 2013 (AMP) — South Africa 2013 : Nigeria defeated Ethiopia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a AFCON group stage game on Tuesday night. Nigeria advance to the Quarterfinals. Ethiopia is eliminated.
