ISMAILIA, Jun. 29, 2019 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 : Cameroon tied 0-0 with Ghana, in the AFCON first round on Saturday night at the Ismailia Stadium.

The result put the Cameroonians top of Group F with 4 points. Ghana is second with 2 points. In their last game, Cameroon will meet Benin at the Ismailia Stadium on July 2, while Ghana will face Guinea-Bissau.
