Champions League 2016-17 : Valletta beats B36 1-0

TA' QALI, Jun. 28, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Valletta defeated B36 Tórshavn by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a group stage game on Tuesday night at the Ta' Qali National Stadium.

B36 Tórshavn made Valletta doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Falcone in the 69th minute.

The second leg between Valletta and B36 Tórshavn will be played on Tuesday July 5, 2016 (kick-off: 19:00) in Tórshavn.
