Champions League 2016-17 Qualifiers : Legia Warsaw beats Dundalk 2-0

DUBLIN, Aug. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Legia Warsaw defeated Dundalk by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a Champions League qualifier tie on Wednesday night at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Nikolic Nemanja ('56 on penalty) and Prijovic Aleksandar ('90).

The second leg between Dundalk and Legia Warsaw will be played on Tuesday August 23, 2016 (kick-off: 20:45) in Warsaw.
