Champions League 2016-17 Qualifiers : Porto hold Roma to 1-1

PORTO, Aug. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Porto tied 1-1 with AS Roma (halftime: 0-1), in the first leg of a Champions League qualifier tie on Wednesday night at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto.

AS Roma players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Felipe into his own net in the 21st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Porto with a saving goal from Silva Andre on penalty in the 61st minute.

The second leg between Porto and AS Roma will be played on Tuesday August 23, 2016 (kick-off: 20:45) in Rome.
