MöNCHENGLADBACH, Aug. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Mönchengladbach defeated Young Boys by a big score of 6-1 (halftime: 3-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Wednesday night at Borussia Park in Mönchengladbach.

Thorgan Hazard and Raffael Caetano scored tripple goals

Mönchengladbach dominated the first half thanks to goals from Hazard ('9) and Raffael Caetano ('33, '40). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Foals further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Hazard '64, '84 and Raffael Caetano '77).

M'Gladbach, who won the first leg (3-1), secured their ticket to the Champions League finals. Young Boys is eliminated.
