Champions League 2016-17 Qualifiers : Trencin loses to Olimpija Ljubljana 3-2 but qualifies for next round
ŽILINA, Jul. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Olimpija Ljubljana defeated Trencin by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-2), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Wednesday night at the Štadión pod Dubňom in Žilina.
Two goals for both sides during the first half, Janga (13e) and Bero (20e) for Trencin, Kelhar (41e) and Eleke (45e) for Olimpija Ljubljana. After the break, Olimpija settled the issue with another goal courtesy of player Klinar in the 79th minute.
Trencin, who won the first leg (4-3), advance to the third round of the ongoing Champions League qualifying campaign. Olimpija Ljubljana is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : Second Round
