Champions League 2016-17 Qualifiers : BATE beats Dundalk 1-0

BORISOV, Jul. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : BATE Borisov defeated Dundalk by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a Champions League qualifier tie on Tuesday night at the Borisov Arena.

Dundalk made BATE Borisov doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Gordeichuk in the 70th minute.

The second leg between BATE Borisov and Dundalk will be played on Tuesday August 2, 2016 (kick-off: 21:00) in Dublin.
