Champions League 2016-17 Qualifiers : Ludogorets Razgrad and Red Star tied at 2-2

RAZGRAD, Jul. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 (Qualifiers) : Ludogorets Razgrad tied 2-2 with Red Star Belgrade (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a Champions League qualifier tie on Tuesday night.

Ludogorets Razgrad players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Cafu in the 43rd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Keșerü goal ('76) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Red Star Belgrade with goals by Katai ('48) and Kanga ('66).

The second leg between Ludogorets Razgrad and Red Star Belgrade will be played on Tuesday August 2, 2016 (kick-off: 20:30) in Belgrade.
