Championship (Week 39) : Bournemouth beats Boro 3-0

ENGLAND, Mar. 21, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 39: After two straigth victories against Ipswich Town and Derby County, the Smoggies lost 3-0 against Bournemouth.

Bournemouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Yann Kermorgant in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cherries further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Arter '48 and Pitman '74/penalty).

AFC Bournemouth climbed to first place with 73 points from 39 games, one point ahead of runner-up Watford FC, which has a game in hand.
