Chile beats Portugal in shoot out to reach Confederations Cup final
KAZAN, Jun. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2017 : Chile reached the FIFA Confederations Cup final for the very first time in their history after defeating Portugal 3-0 on penalties (after a 0-0 draw) on Wednesday night at the Kazan Arena.
The score was still nil-all at the end of the regulation game time and overtime. The Chilians finally emerged the victors in the penalty shootout session by winning 3-0.
