SANTIAGO, Feb. 25, 1945 (AMP) — Chile 1945 : Argentina defeated Uruguay by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Sunday. Argentina won the 18th edition of the Copa América, their seventh title in history, Uruguay finished fourth.
