RIO DE JANEIRO, May. 11, 1949 (AMP) — Brazil 1949 : Brazil defeated Paraguay by a big score of 7-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Wednesday. Brazil won the 21st edition of the Copa América, their third title in history, Paraguay finished second.
