SANTIAGO, Mar. 27, 1955 (AMP) — Chile 1955 : Argentina defeated Uruguay by a big score of 6-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Sunday.

The result put the Argentine second in the group with 10 points. Uruguay is third with 7 points. In their last game, Argentina will meet group leaders Chile on March 30, while Uruguay will face Peru.
