LIMA, Apr. 3, 1957 (AMP) — Peru 1957 : Argentina defeated Brazil by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Wednesday. Brazil finished second in the 1957 Copa América.

The result put the Argentine top of the group with 15 points. Brazil is second with 12 points. In their last game, Argentina will meet Peru on April 6.
