LIMA, Apr. 6, 1957 (AMP) — Peru 1957 : Peru defeated Argentina by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Saturday. Argentina won the 25th edition of the Copa América, their 11th title in history, Peru finished fourth.
