MONTEVIDEO, Jan. 22, 1967 (AMP) — Uruguay 1967 : Chile defeated Paraguay by a score of 4-2 (halftime: 2-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Sunday.

The result put the Chilians second in the group with 6 points. Paraguay is fourth with no points. In their next game, Chile will meet group leaders Uruguay on January 26, while Paraguay will face Bolivia.
