MONTEVIDEO, Jan. 28, 1967 (AMP) — Uruguay 1967 : Argentina defeated Chile by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Copa América final round game (Final tournament) on Saturday.

The result put the Argentine top of the group with 12 points. Chile is third with 7 points. In their last game, Argentina will meet second-placed Uruguay on February 2, while Chile will face Bolivia.
