SAN JOSé, Jun. 2, 1991 (AMP) — Costa Rica 1991 : Costa Rica defeated Guatemala by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Copa Centroamericana final round game (Tournament) on Sunday. Costa Rica won the first edition of the Copa Centroamericana, their first title in history, Guatemala finished third.
