MACAU, Jun. 19, 2007 (AMP) — China 2008 (Qualifiers) : North Korea defeated Mongolia by a big score of 7-0 (halftime: 6-0), in a East Asian Cup qualifying game on Tuesday night at the Macau Olympic Complex. Mongolia advance to the third round of the ongoing East Asian Cup qualifying campaign.
The result put the Koreans top of Group A with 3 points. Mongolia is bottom with one point. In their last game, North Korea will meet Macau at the Macau Olympic Complex on June 21.
