Qatar beats Saudi Arabia 2-1 to win 2014 Gulf Cup
RIYADH, Nov. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Saudi Arabia 2014 : Qatar claimed a third Gulf Cup crown with a 2-1 win against Saudi Arabia (halftime: 1-1) in the final on Wednesday night at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.
Kariri opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Qatar catch up in the 18th minute thanks to Mukhtar. 1-1 at half time. The Qataris eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Khoukhi in the 58th minute.
