La Liga (Week 32) : Rayo defeats Almeria 2-0
SPAIN, Apr. 19, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 32: After losing 0-2 to Real Madrid on April 11 and 6-1 to Celta Vigo on April 11, Los Franjirrojos bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Almeria this Sunday.
Rayo Vallecano dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Antonio Amaya in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Franjirrojos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Miku seconds before the end of regulation.
Rayo Vallecano de Madrid climbed to 10th place with 41 points from 32 games, only one point behind RCD Espanyol.
