League One (Week 10) : Gillingham defeats Fleetwood 5-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 29, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 10: After losing 2-1 to Colchester United on September 26 and 2-0 to Barnsley on September 26, the Gills returned to winning ways with a 5-1 victory over Fleetwood Town this Tuesday.

Donnelly Rory scored dual goals

Fleetwood Town opened the score in the score in the 12th minute thanks to Grant Bobby, before Gillingham regained the advantage with Donnelly Rory ('18, '34), Houghton Jordan ('28) and Egan John ('31). Leading 4-1 at the break, the Gills further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mcdonald Cody with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Gillingham FC remains in third place with 20 points from 10 games, one point behind Walsall FC.
