League One (Week 14) : Wigan Athletic beats Peterborough 3-2

ENGLAND, Oct. 20, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 14: Two wins in a row for Wigan Athletic. After their 5-0 win against Colchester United on October 17, the Latics continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-2 victory over Peterborough United this Tuesday.

Wigan Athletic dominated the first half thanks to goals from Wildschut Yanic ('11) and Grigg Will ('15). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Latics further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Power Max with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Wigan Athletic FC climbed to 7th place with 23 points from 14 games, only one point behind Bury FC.
