League One (Week 35) : Millwall defeats Blackpool 3-0
ENGLAND, Mar. 5, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 35: After their 1-1 draw against Doncaster Rovers on March 1 and 0-0 draw against Wigan Athletic on March 1, the Lions returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Blackpool this Saturday.
Millwall dominated the first half thanks to goals from Gregory Lee ('8) and Wallace Jed ('24). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Lions further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Morison Steve on penalty with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Millwall FC remains in fifth place with 58 points from 35 games, one point behind Walsall FC, which has a game in hand.
