ENGLAND, Mar. 8, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 30: After three straigth draws, the Iron bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers this Tuesday.
Scunthorpe United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Hopper Tom in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Iron further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mirfin David in the 58th minute.
Scunthorpe United FC climbed to 11st place with 50 points from 35 games, only one point behind Southend United FC.
