League One (Week 6) : AFC Wimbledon beats Chesterfield 2-1
ENGLAND, Sep. 3, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 6: After their 0-0 draw against Northampton Town on August 27 and 1-1 draw against Rochdale on August 27, Dons returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Chesterfield this Saturday.
Chesterfield had started off well by taking the lead in the 35th minute with an own goal by Charles Darius. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Dons nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Robinson Paul '53 and Poleon Dominic '90).
Chesterfield FC are down in 12nd place with 7 points from 6 games, one point behind Swindon Town FC, which has a game in hand.
