ENGLAND, Jan. 7, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 26: After losing 4-1 to Charlton Athletic on January 2, the Pirates bounced back with a 5-0 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Harrison Ellis served up another goal feast
Bristol Rovers dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bodin Billy ('7) and Harrison Ellis ('17, '21, '24). Leading 4-0 at the break, the Pirates further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Harrison Ellis in the 54th minute.
Bristol Rovers FC climbed to 8th place with 39 points from 26 games, tie on points with Southend United FC.
